Last year I successfully completed a 24 hour tying session with the intention of raising a few bob for CfR. It was a resounding success raising just short of £3000 and I am, just for the hell of it, doing a second session this year. Hoping to get some good stuff put together for raffle prizes or auction and will keep you informed through this forum as time goes on. Its planned for August so plenty of time if you would like to support the venture. I know a lot of you did and one Gentleman supplied a weeks salmon fishing. Keith, Good for you (again), The weeks salmon fishing can't happen this year because I've sold my Nith timeshare, however I will donate a days guided salmon fishing on an exclusive beat of the lower R.Doon in South Ayrshire sometime in September. I'm heading South tomorrow for a week at foolish trout on the Mayfly, I'll be in touch when I get back.
Well things have moved on somewhat and the marathon venue has changed location. I will now be tying for the 24hours at the BFFI over the weekend of 7 & 8th of November.
